Yes because:
1. It avoids friction between citizens and refugees concerning job availability, classroom sizes, and cultural preservation
2. It avoids an increase in poverty as generally mass refugees of current are from 3rd world countries. Since it is generally accepted that poverty breeds crime, then mass refugees will do more harm than good.
3.If you live in Europe then job availability is much worse as jobs are passed down from generation to generation. That's why there are a lot of angry migrants and refugees attacking natural citizens.
4. Rape and sexual assault by the same angry lot on the current scale in Europe could be avoided.
5. With the continuing attacks on natural citizens, violent backlashes and nationalistic and hate groups evitably follows... the latter already began.
6. If refugees stayed in their homeland when the war ends, they can more easily return to their homes than to either travel all the way back from a foreign country and is more affordable.
