I work with a girl who is in her early 20's and she came up to me one day about a week ago and said she was hungry and asked for 5 dollars. I was about to help her out and asked, "you need five bucks to eat lunch?" and she said no, they're for cigarettes. I said, "you would ask for money to buy cigs instead of eat lunch when you're hungry?" And this is what she said to me ...

I didn't give her anything after that. I told her I don't have any money.
