Yes, I actually took the time to go onto Pokemon Showdown & slap down a Shiny Male Arbok with the ability She'd Skin & is holding a Black Sludge (No Moves yet)

Well, AIDS is a weakness of the immune system, so I shoulda used the Hackmons tier to give that Arbok "Slow Start" instead, but hey.
