If you want to do the week thing, Ghost has been trying to schedule these so everything doesn't overlap. I spoke with him on it and here is the reply:

Just find a week that no one else has signed up for, reply to it, and the week shall be all three of yours!
If you decide not to use the Theme Week stream that's ok, it's a tool I made for the community, and if the community doesn't like it, then it's worth finding that out.
Swiggy and I are just trying to get the word out on all of our promotions we do for theme weeks through the stream, and I've only done one separate meme to promote it so far."
