I've realised that sometimes when you hit back to go back to browsing the upvote is lost in the back motion. That's why I open in new browser the memes I'm upvoting.... Like this one

I have the same problem, especially if I up vote comments. When I comeback tithe same page, it's as if I never up voted the comment:(
