Boy, seems everyone's gone into a funk about politics and trolls on imgflip. I, for one, aren't going to let them force me out. Or if they do I'll flame them all on the way out. ;)

I don't pay them any mind...but I like to make memes about them occasionally, unfortunately they're both things that go hand in hand and will never go away...

I found that damn troll image and it was funny, then I realized that no real troll would ever use it. That would involve creativity and an ability to make something original which insults on the internet are anything but. Two things I will never understand are trolls and my ex wife. Sure it may seem worth the time to throw something at them, until you realize you're messing with a giant pussy that's hoping you try to get all anal so they can act like that's what you were after all along bwahahaha!

Fighting with trolls is just a waste of time, as much a waste of time as arguing with politics with people that obviously have no brain.

I just got into the analogy about my x a bit too much lol, I've had a real shitty couple of days in my world and I can turn that type of thing into too much dwelling about that which cannot be changed or controlled. Writing has always been my way of sorting through my thoughts, doesn't mean emotions are running the show, I am more detached than anything during that process.

There's been some times when I came onto Imgflip in a bad mood and some unfortunate users got bit for stupid reasons...most recently Leolizard. I feel kinda bad now that I know he's just a kid. Times like that are far and few, but still, I should just stay offline at those times....but as you know, I rarely bring my problems into or discuss them on Imgflip. Just not what I'm here for....you know me...LOL

I am and always will be a very open person, my intentions are always to get along with people so it usually doesn't come back to bite me. Writing has always been my main forum of expressing everything. It's only been since I found this place that it's mixed into anything social. For better or worse I am who I am but I do my best to own that. You can get a good read on most people that give a part of themselves to memeing. Even though most stuff on here is largely anonymous that in turn allows people to express themselves freely.
Most people wouldn't walk up to a few hundred others and yell, this is what I think is funny and this is my opinion on this or that topic. Here we do that all the time, and we form strong bonds with others that do the same it's not something that can be faked for very long. So if somebody is seen to be attacking another of us we will all do our best to nip it in the bud when we see it. Not just in defense of that person but in defense of the place that allows us to do something we can't do anywhere else.

and he trolled females in a damn funny way that made a lot of his quotations into memes, the most famous being "I put on my robe and wizard's hat"

I see your point, then it makes me think, well Hitler was a crappy painter but you would also have to call him creative as well in a sense of the word. To me a troll is somebody who is here only to create self doubt and anger in others. I could list a couple examples but I don't even like putting other peoples names out there in a way that might negatively influence their experience here.
The main issue I have is that I never have time to comment on all the stuff I like here from day to day, no matter what your opinion is you can find people here that share it if you look for it. So when somebody spends their time being negative it's because they choose to do so.
They can blame others or the site it doesn't matter, the bottom line is they make the decision to be bitter yet if they receive any type of backlash for it they cry to anybody that will listen. There is a site for people like that and it is called imgur, negativity is upvoted there we usually get the people that don't have a thick enough skin to handle it so they come here and try to imitate that behavior. Sometimes they need to be shown that mistaking kindness for weakness can backfire is all.

When humans divide into groups, we also devide our losses. If the idea of jumping off a cliff is presented to humanity, some will do it, but not all. Those jumping will inspire others to do it, and the second generation of jumpers will divide themselves into different jump-types, some will jump with primitive wings, some with liana's and some with large sheets, and through a lot of jumping off a cliff humanity gained the aeroplanes, the bungyjump and the parachute.
