Those sick minds can care less about the penalties, 99% of them don't even care about surviving the attack, they'd rather save one round for themselves or let law enforcement take them out.

But if they put a sign up then it has to be safer lol. It's this and many other reasons why I home school my kids. Since schools don't teach anything about survival or anything really that isn't about becoming a brainwashed drone. The town I live closest to has a policy where if there is any type of attack they take all the kids to an off site location until the parents can come pick them up. Sorry I just don't trust those idiots to keep my kids safe or teach them anything about the real world!
