Nobody has said anything about killing anyone in those categories, so your meme is false.

Foreigners are not protected by the Constitution, neither are illegal immigrants. And the LGBTQ+xyz community has extra protection in place, thanks to our PC culture. (Unless you're talking about Muslims throwing them off buildings.) So I really don't know what you're complaining about.

Okay, first of all...LGBTQ+ people have "extra protection" in place? Please, tell that to all the people who have been denied service or fired from their job solely because of their sexuality, the transgender people who are accused of being rapists just for wanting to use the bathroom that best matches their gender identity, and all the young people who aren't accepted by their family simply because of the way they were born. They don't have more rights than straight people. They don't even have equal rights.
Second, what you said about the Constitution is not true, both citizens and non-citizens are protected. It says that NO PERSON shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. And even if they WEREN'T protected under the Constitution, my point is that it's hypocritical to say "All Lives Matter" if you don't truly believe that all lives matter .

And I think it's pretty messed up that doctors do that. To be honest, in most cases, I don't support abortions. But if you can acknowledge the importance of an unborn baby's life, surely you can acknowledge the importance of people who are trying to escape a country filled with terror and war?

And to bring along an ideology and a truly mysogonistic culture that lead to the terror and war in that region in the first place to other cultures that don't stone women to death for driving a car or for being raped, throw gays off buildings, or drown apostates in steel cages. I don't recall the last time a woman was killed by having large rocks thrown at her for being raped in the Western world, but I suppose you think the Western world is not "inclusive" enough of those practices. But you are going to take issue with people who say "all lives matter" because they see life as a bit more valueable than the people and the ideology that made those lands a veritable war zone in the first place.
