I just want to please say: racism, intolerance, bigotry... I do not understand it, and it's existence saddens me. I do not mind the items listed on the right, I really don't. But seriously, think what would happen if any of the "White" organizations were to be created! And that ain't right. Tolerance should be a an impartial two-way street. But, that is just my opinion.

I know a kid who thinks black people are incapable of racism. In fact, any oppressed minority cannot be racist as they have been oppressed, and are thus entitled to be assholes (I guess?).

This is bullshit.

Racism is discrimination based off skin color, and prejudices against white people are just as real as those against blacks. So while we may be better off, racism in either direction will not help.

I don't believe I am racist. But I do find myself with biases and prejudices that I have to overcome. Being angry at me for trying to be a better person is like punishing a child for doing their homework. I don't expect everything to be right immediately. But I don't take kindly to anger over something my ancestors did that I'm trying to change. If you resent me for what white people did before me, I don't blame you. But I will not be pushed down by the people I am tryin to change for.

I'm with you , just don't expect people to not confuse you with someone that doesn't try to be better .
