I agree. When I was in 5th Grade back in 2007, my elementary schools principal gave out awards at the end of each month for "Citizenship, Academic, Perseverance and Loyalty",for our class and I knew it wasn't earned when every student got an award, even when they acted like brats or seldom do their homework. They restarted the count when all 33 students got an award with the next 8 people.
