I think it would be helpful to have a place where we could discuss ideas, share templates, organize theme weeks ETC I also second DashHopes Ides that we should be able to comment w/o restriction on our own memes. Maybe even have like a karma system where if you become a reputable enough user and dont break rules, they get rid of the spam protector for you.

I like those ideas. Regarding sharing templates, there is a meme stream dedicated to that. You can find it through the community_based meme stream in my profile tagline. A forum section would make it easier though since the meme stream is only by word of mouth or those who happen to see it on my profile page.
I'll see if I can get Dash's opinion on this since he helps promote a lot of the weeks as well, but I think we can accomplish organizing theme weeks today (if we wanted). We could add it as a section on the community_based meme stream (which I'm leaning towards), or create a separate Theme Week/Weekend meme stream. I like keeping as part of the community_based meme stream to help drive traffic and awareness for the other resources there...given the current lack of a forum section. What do you think?
I agree with all of thee above comments and ideas! I think keeping the Theme weeks/weekends in the meme stream would benefit them more than if they had their own section. I found some people who said they didn't like certain themes yet commented on them liking them because they saw them.

This is the section https://imgflip.com/i/1hygzd on the meme stream: https://imgflip.com/m/community_based
Any changes you would recommend for the "meme" or "comment"? I want it to be as clear and easy for everyone as possible. It's easy to delete what's there now and recreate it with any suggested improvements.
Theme Page: https://imgflip.com/i/1hygzd (The 80's cartoony picture on the meme stream)
Ideas Page: https://imgflip.com/i/1d56kh (The Gladiator one at the end)
It all sounds good- I still think it would be cool to have a more direct way to communicate rather than commenting on memes. A forum could be useful for new users and stuff as well.

Just kidding! Organize albums, gifs, memes, image comments, gifs comments, so that way, it'll be easier to find an image. Get rid of (You're commenting too much wait 187 seconds) Allow users to be able to delete troll comments.

Queen! I'll be deleting your account first! Lol! :)
I'd add a "Bad Luck Brian" sweater vest - similar to the scumbag hat. Then anybody could become "Bad Luck X" without having to photoshop.

I don't remember who, but something similar was brought up about a month ago that sounded cool. Add several of those things, the glasses, the cig, etc.
I think i'd like to put the downvotes back, cause sometimes i want to know how many people don't like it or disagree with what is said. Then again it wouldn't be to accurate due to people downvoting for fun. I guess i'd just add like time stamp on comments or something small.

The downvotes weren't here when I started, but I hear other users discuss it a lot with lots of pros and cons. Since I don't know how it worked when they visible I don't really have a stance on them coming back.
I do like the idea of time stamps, if for nothing else at least for memes showing created and/or submitted and/or featured times. If we got that for comments too it'd be cool.
