No it's not... The viral joke goes like this: When somebody's wearing funny-looking or bad shoes, you set it up with "Can I ask you a question/I'm just wondering/I got something to say"

Then you point at their feet and go really loud "What're THOOOSE??!"

I know it's dumb. But it's better than that stupid water bottle craze.
