One of the "perks" of working crisis management where I do, "Black Friday/Thanksgiving" is essentially a mandatory day.

Usually...but not this year! Last year I led our response team/planning.

But VERY unlikely .....

May the dreaded oncall phone never ring. I know all too how how that goes.

I swear people can even wait for things, and we have to get them earlier than ever... :/

There's backlash, Mall Of America is closed. I think in two years we'll see most stores closed on thanksgiving.
