Just because they are supported by the NRA doesn't mean that they cannot be 100% pro-life. First of all, the NRA is not about killing people you liberal bigot. The NRA is a group of people who support the use and carrying of firearms. So just because they support the 2nd amendment, like you do not seem like you do, doesn't meant that they do not support life.
And if you say something like "Guns kill people," your argument is invalid. A gun is an inanimate object. It takes human interaction to be used. The person behind the gun kills. You cannot leave a gun on the porch and expect it to kill someone. Also, if guns kill people, then explain to me why places like Chicago and Detroit have the highest homicide rates in America despite having the strictest gun laws in the country. How does Honduras have the highest homicide rate in the world when they have the strictest gun control laws in the world? How is it that Switzerland has the lowest homicide rate in the world despite requiring every household to have a gun? So based on these statistics, the more people have guns, the lower the rate of murders.
