The person that was behind this scam served 30 months in federal prison. The person was acting as an official representative of the California National Guard.
Most of the soldiers that reupped did so because of the bonuses offered. They were the ones defrauded. I'm surprised a class action lawsuit hasn't been filed against the CNG and the US Army for defrauding the soldiers and breech of contract.
