The only way you could stay healthy eating a salad is by avoiding nearly everything but the lettuce tomatoes and cucumbers...all the other stuff is full of salt and sugar - the meats, the olives, the pickled peppers (Peter Piper not involved), the crouton, the dressings, the sunflower seeds, am I missing anything? We're wanted fat and dependent. When is the last time you saw a commercial advertising grapes? Turnips? Celery? NEVER....But that Italian school lunch looks yummy!
