I've mostly slept for like a week it seems on all these meds. But it really does feel better, I just can't sleep at the moment, tired of sleeping! So I made a bunch of crazy templates instead ;)

I just threw out my back is all, it felt like a big deal at first but hopefully it goes away on it's own. Appreciate ya lil lady :)

I know my dad just got over like a month long ordeal with his back it's crazy, but I'm already doing much better than he was at this point. I've never had a lower back issue before, neck surgery and beyond, two left knee surgeries, but never the lower back! Hopefully it keeps on improving ;)

Well, hanging in there. I've been nursing a sore foot since summer basketball and now my hip hurts and knee.... I have one month to get it together before the season starts. The joys of 40. :)

My only sport is chase the 4 yr old around, he is not happy that dad can't wrestle right now. He keeps growing on me, it's not easy to toss 40 pnds of solid muscle around. Not an ounce of fat on that kid he never walks anywhere, it's full speed all day long...sigh ;)

No shame in it. It will be hell funny to the naibours tho. Me crying with my foot in your ass and you saying who the fruk ate you and if your high where did my cat go ...yep u went there :)
