lol Well, America is still the first world end of the spectrum. So that must be in another country. :{P

I'm from Canada. Whenever I drive through America I'm amazed at how some areas are prospering and others are not. Seems so much more polarized than before.

I'm sure it's like that in any country though. A rich side a poor side.

Where I live in America, there are rundown buildings a block away form extremely wealthy neighborhoods with immaculate homes.

And the shittiest parts of town are still times better than a third world country, even looking like the meme you posted.

Third world homes would have a lot more corrugated tin and trash. :{(

There are ghettos in Canada. So don't fool yourself thinking this is an "American" problem.

Any country controlled by corporations having no rule of law is well on its way to leaving the "first world"

I am not sure what you meant by your post, but I am willing to bet mine is 100% accurate.

Meant that there is effectively no rule of law in America anymore. The slide from being a first world country is inevitable. Corporations control the government. The middle class shrinks.

The fact that the rule of law is not perfect in America it doesn't mean there is NO rule of law. I am sure the same problem exists in Canada. Of course, this is not known because, outside Canada, nobody cares about Canada the way they (the rest of the world) cares about the United States. But, like Kermit says, that's none of my business.

2008 marked the first time in monetary history that triple A rated debt failed. This only happened because America made it happen.

The banking crisis was WORLDWIDE. Of course, Canada plays a very little part of the world economy, so it didn't matter. If you are going to post stuff, at least post accurate statements.

Bond rating agencies are all American. Former world reserve currency is the FIAT US DOLLAR.

The answer "nobody cares about 2nd world memes." There was nothing aggressive about it. So no, it doesn't come across as aggressive. It only comes as aggressive to you. Not sure why? Trust me, if I wanted to be aggressive with a post, you would really know about it. This wasn't it.
