I've also done "Tear gas" (basic training) and along with the Tazer training I did the "pepper spray" in the eyes, that stuff sucks! Well, the Tear gas really sucked! Lol. :)

I remember pulling my mask off and for the next hour or so, snot running out of my nose, mouth, ears, eyes.....and so on. This was back in 1992, honestly, the only thing I remember being told when they led us outside was hold onto the shoulders of the guy in front of you! Lol. I know better than to rub anything, don't rub that crap into you! You won't ever see me near any type of riot, or anything (like Charlette) where that shot could be used! Lol.

Doesn't really look fun.

A former marine said he was going to hook me up but never came through. Pretty sure I'll get tased in cop school though, not sure about the gas.

My English teacher used to be a mounty (horse riding cop in Canada). She said part of her training was to get tasered and tear gassed.

No doubt. I wouldn't be so concerned about the flash, but the bang could do some hearing damage.

you will and make sure when you're washing off the pepper spray, be vary careful not to wash it down from your face to your nether bits! stings like a bitch!

Probably not the gas, definitely the taser. Get put on duty with the guy who tases you, and on a quiet night...tase him up the ass.

I never told anybody this. One time when me and my partner in crime were about 12 or 13 we came upon some new homes that were being built in our neighborhood. We went inside one (the door was unlocked.) Inside were somebody's personal belongings. There was a huge fish tank that got our attention because some fish were in it and it was really big. There was an electric heater hanging in it and I was curious what it was so I removed it. Well I guess it was supposed to stay in the water to keep it cool because it was glowing red hot and broke the glass around it. So I shrugged my shoulders and threw it back in the fish tank. There was a loud pop in the water, there was some smoke and the fish were floating on top of the water because they were electrocuted. We took off fast and never looked back.

Fish tank got his attention 'cause there were fish in it.

Yeah. And it was huge. The size of Sea World.
