Yeah it's the local dope house. Apparently it's the local prostitution ring too! I'll NEVER park up front again. Sad thing is I just found our who the guy was, and he went to school with me from grade school-middle school and was always super nice. I wouldn't have recognized him drugs have destroyed him :-(
