This Kim Jong Un one? It's definitely on the Hot list. It's the 3rd spot down from the top of the front page. That's how I saw it and commented on it. I can also see it when I click on your profile.

If you're not seeing it, the only thing I can think of is that you've somehow unchecked one of the boxes that make memes visible. If you click on the imgflip logo in the top left, there's 4 boxes: Memes, gifs, other, NSFW. If you make sure those boxes are all checked, you shouldn't have a problem seeing it. Let me know if that helps.

Un went to the Olympic games at Rio, where he walked around on the board walk, twirled a parasol with NK symbols on it, posed with tourists for pictures and drank milkshakes. Kinda makes me wish I was at Rio.
