It is a cool place to be, there's a crapload to do, places to hangout! My wife has a ton of family there! But, damn, it's freaking insanely expensive! My wife's old 1957 track home, 1400 sq. ft. in the Valley off of Shoop & Sherman Way is appraised at $650,000! In Atlanta, you can get at least a 4,000 sq. ft house! Taxes out there are outrageous! People and companies are fleeing California because of them, the electricity cost 2X as much as it does here!!. It's a shame, because it's a cool place, you know? :(

Yes, absolutely correct! I was married to a Russian! When it was the U.S.S.R. High School is over when you're 16, then into the Red Army! That's what my ex wife had to do! Women definitely have advantages that can be used wisely! Those people were born and raised in a tough time, in a tough country, doing a lot of tough laborious jobs! They're built like a brick you know what!
