Supposedly their guts breakdown what makes coffee bitter. It sounds like it's actually good, but fake civit coffee abounds. I would like to try elephant, actually. Not readily available, but maybe by Internet.

Oh - so the elephant dung coffee is not a joke? I'd try almost everything. Human semen beer might (might) be a limit.

It's REAL!! Not available at Starbuck's I assume. It is called Black Ivory Coffee by an American entrepreneur out of Thailand, made by "rescue elephants,"... Not kidding unless it's a fake. Maybe I'd better check out Snopes.

Monkey shit coffee is probably enough to tell you there's elephant shit coffee. Again, I might try it.
