Yes I did. I gave up soda years ago. I haven't had a Red Bull since college in London. Sold by pitcher w vodka. Before it was here in the states. But I drink coffee all day.

People drink more than they eat. Drinking "junk food" is worse than eating it in a lot of cases because you do it with much more frequency.

That said, I drink a lot of coffee and an occasional diet pop and have been a milk drinker forever. 8oz? More like 800!

I drink a pepsi once and awhile, usually vitamin water and milk, then there's the beers, not like pop at allll.

Growing boy needs his bone fixers, or I should say aging boy needs his bone fixers. I got ran over by a truck a few years ago, and I believe my drinking of milk helped me not break any bones.
