Hey Jying you having trouble using the free Photoshop website?

There have been a few times when I've tried to load the page and only a grey screen appears. I've had to refresh quite a few times to get it to load properly. But that's it, once it finally loads it works fine. Is it doing the same thing to you?

I suppose that is possible, I definitely don't have 10 on my meme computer. Odds are if it started doing that right after you upgraded that might be it idk...

I suppose it wouldn't hurt, I'm not sure why an upgrade would effect a site you go to. I'd ask photo tool first, maybe they can fix it before you have to jump through the window fixing crap hoops....

Yeah, I sent them an email moments ago, so I hope they can help me with whatever problem I'm having! :)

That's cool, I've never actually used "photo shop" what I do is basically picture editing I guess from what I've figured out so far lol.

I hope you get it worked out, I know I'd personally lose it if I lost access to that site!

In the meantime I got the free trail for Photoshop for 7 days, it's going to go fast though! :/
