I'm not condoning what Melania did...it was stupid to think she could get away with copying Michelle's speech, but talk about the pot calling the kettle black...Anybody on Facebook can go on 'Diamond And Silk's' page and see a side by side comparison of Michelle's husband doing the EXACT SAME THING to Deval Patrick's speech in 2007.

With today's media, the left gets away with this and more every time.

That's true for everybody, but even more so for someone speaking publicly...there's people out there who's sole job is to make sure what you're saying is authentic. Especially in politics.

People always have a criticism of someone else who DIDNT plagiarize. She did/didn't write, BUT it was significantly plagiarized. The excuses for that are hate filled ignorance (which as in typical narcissistic fashion) gets blamed on someone else. That's why I'm moderate & NOT a Republican for years now, despite having spent hundreds of dollars in the last 10 years trying to get HONORABLE Republicans elected.

Michelle Obama actually "copied" Elizabeth Dole's speech. Also this whole ' Ms. Trump stole Michelle Obama's speech' has made headlines, making more people listen to Melania's speech. Which in my opinion is genius because it's probably getting Trump more supporters.To finish this off, Melania's had 2 paragraphs, out of the 15+ minutes she talked, that resembled Michelle's speech. In conclusion, this is just liberals trying to get drama.

And that goes for ALL politicians. If you write your own speeches, you make sure your speech writers don't plagiarize others.
