Their arguement is that police are murdering in cold blood just for the heck of it. IF such were the case, the yes I would use my right to bear arms, and shoot him before I was killed.

I dont think that Cops are going racist, but my first thought when I heard was... How does one support the recent shootings before Dallas yet also defend the 2nd Amendment? If he was legally carrying, informed the officer, had no background of crimes, was pulled over for a broken tail light and told the officer he was getting his ID while seat belted in his car, how does one defend that? If he could be shot and killed, couldnt you?

As it turns out a gun just makes them want to shoot you more. Unless you're white.

I don't know the exact details before the shooting. Did the driver tell the police that he had a gun? Did the police see the guy was strapped and the driver make a questionable move? I don't know, but I'm sorry it happened. My question is how can that drivers fiance film the man dying and not just throw down the phone and be all about helping her loved one?

According to the reports I read, he informed the officer he had a concealed weapon and a permit for it when the cop walked up, and then the officer asked for ID, to which he reached for his wallet and the cop mistook that as him reaching for the gun and shot him.
If you watch the video, you can see the woman is being held at gunpoint and is yelled at several times not to move while she is in the car, and the officer still has his gun pointed in the car (with her 4 year old in the back seat).
Its been reported that the officer *thought* that the driver may have looked like a screenshot of a robber from a few days before and that may have been why the officer was on edge.

Unless new information comes out, I cant possibly see how this was justified.

Is she a paramedic? If she touched him in any way is she now going for the gun? At some point she was cuffed. She had a cop outside her door too. I assume he drew his weapon after the gunfire (although I haven't read if that part is true).

In no account that I've read did the man pull the gun out. If I'm a cop and I have my weapon drawn or at the ready I would never fire unless I saw the gun coming up. If your in law enforcement you can't be so scared that you go blasting away like Barney Fife.

Just limited.
