I've had long waits on everything but not as much today..

I don't understand why it takes so long on custom templates. I made this one a couple months back when everyone was talking about page nine imgflip.com/i/14dim8 :)

That's funny stuff, I think sometimes they have to wait for a certain couple of mods to say ok, or it's that they have a ton of submissions that day maybe. Nobody really knows...
