No, it's from a movie my buddy has, it's rather hard to follow and I've only seen parts of it, can't even remember it's name but I remember those guys. It was all about forest spirits and such, I'll have to ask him what it's called...
It was from Studio Ghibli's "Princess Mononoke". They are called "Kodama" or forest spirits who are there look after the forest. They seen to be part of Japanese culture so have probably been in other anime. I only really know the Studio Ghibli stuff so I can't help - sorry :)
It's all good, my buddy is a huge fan of Hayao Miyazaki so I've seen a lot of his stuff. The one I saw these guys in had a lot to do with a giant deer as the main spirit if that helps. I've always been the type to watch just about anything if a friend wants me to, I've enjoyed some and others been like wtf is going on lol. But the animation in most of them is always amazing, so even if I can't make heads or tails out of the story I still enjoy the visuals.

Maybe something to do with Borne's past. The Klingborne identity... with Kanye West as Matt Damon as Jason Borne. I don't know... It might be getting a little late for me to be doing this :)
