This is a little bit of an exaggeration... Congress and the Supreme Court exist for a reason. Trump would just be a bad president, which is a job that everyone overestimates the power of. In reality, he probably couldn't do a lot of the things he's promised to do without significant pushback. Either that or he's a big liar. Or both.
