That's how I am hoping it will play out, but I doubt it. I was really surprised to see them both get demoted, I was hoping it would have just been the lead and I would have taken his spot.
Well, it is still in progress, but right now we report to a manager from a different department. Also, we have five workers and really only about enough work for about three of us. So, I see one or two getting fired or laid off. Stay tuned!
