You can type 9pm and an Eastern timezone city in the top section (e.g. New York), and then put your city in the bottom section, and it will convert the time. :)

I don't always know how my mind works to come up with ideas, but I think this one was pretty simple.

I've spent a lot of time on the site and I've seen that Front Page memes often get massive numbers of comments (understandably), while memes in the Latest stream often get no comments at all. So it was like a "what if" scenario - what if they were switched?

The "Page 9" thing is something that's become a bit of a catchphrase on imgflip now due to an issue brought up by another user, and it was just a way to make it more focused and specific.

I knew about the page 9 incident. Do you have any idea how it turned out? or if the page niners reacted?

You can comment on here too, but the main idea is to put fun or interesting comments on memes that are currently on Page 9 of Latest at the specified hour (those might be memes that might usually get overlooked and not get many comments).
