Exactly! lol I mean I don't mind pervin' out to them, just be more consistent Imgflip! They define full nudity as bare breasts here too. They should redo their terms page. :{
I'm not trying to detract from you expressing your frustration at having an image marked NSFW, but the line between NSFW and not NSFW isn't nudity (it's more like swimsuits or bikinis).
Obviously, not everybody is going to agree what the standard shoulds be, but right now as it stands in the submission guidelines, the NSFW boundary is a good deal tamer than "nudity." Nudity shouldn't even be featured.
I would agree with you if it weren't for the fact that other memes with swimsuits have been featured. Also, yesterday a meme was featured with a naked toddler peeing on a wall. It was making fun of Target's restroom policy. Seems there's inconstancy among the mods.
You're right about the inconsistency. I don't know how to explain that.
But it still has nothing to do with nudity. You put a link to another meme in a comment above and wrote "There is no nudity in it" as if that were what makes a difference. It's also what the top caption of your meme suggests. But NSFW isn't about nudity.
