Sorry. Yes. It is true. I, Luke [last name] am not actually dead. It was really just a harsh, cruel, and frankly stupid prank.
The meme I made 3 days before April Fools Day technically contained no false statements. My brother really did type that. (I was in LA for something about my job, and I stayed with my family while I was there.) However, WHEN exactly the events took place was intentionally left so so as to gave the overwhelming implication that I was in serious danger of dying. I have indeed been in a car accident, and I have been rushed to the hospital with a fractured skull (etc.), though the latter event was not due to the former.
So, you people probably hate me now. You wished your condolences on my family and mourned the loss of a fellow memer.
I don't take that lightly. We were able to see how this site would respond to such a thing. It was touching, and I thank you people not for my sake, but for the sake of someone here who dies, knowing that they and their family would get such a response.
I don't advise pulling off something like this, and I'm never going to go this far ever again. My prank for next year will be mild, if indeed I decide to do one.
You're probably very upset. I don't blame you. If you want to try and get me back, you can go here imgflip.com/user-images/XenusianSoldier to downvote everything I've made here.
You guys are the greatest, and I hope it won't be too long before we can all have a good laugh about this (if that's ever possible).
So have a great day. Once again, I'm sorry about this whole thing.
