Probably a lot of people have thought of doing something like that. But what would be the purpose? The points don't do anything except tell you how much others appreciate your memes, and if you were voting on your own memes, you'd be taking away from that, not adding to it.

Also, it sounds like unnecessary effort. It's easier to get points on imgflip just by making funny comments or meme comments on front page memes (and that way it's still about other people liking your stuff). That's my take on it.

Points don't really mean that much. Front page does mean more exposure for your meme, but I say the first 10 pages give pretty good exposure.I just kind of wish there was a way to save your favorite memers so you don't miss their memes. I also wish I knew when the best time to submitt was. When I submit, I notice a lot of times my meme will come up way back on page 12 or further on latest. That is generally the "kiss of death" for a meme lol But, I don't worry much about it. I meme for fun of it and I can repost again if I want. No big deal to me.
