I'm not either, although on the slower days I have been tempted to repost some of my older stuff that I felt just didn't get enough views the 1st time. I haven't as yet though.

reposting your own stuff doesn't bother me. what gets me is when people take a post they see on another website and post it here...

That's a hard call, especially when the odds are most here may have not seen it, but would enjoy it. I would give credit but that's how I am.

I have some of the first ones I made that didn't get any traffic I have been wanting to repost as well. I also have one that never got featured I wanted to try again but I figured if it didn't make it through the first time they probably won't feature it the second...

Link it up to me, maybe I can spot something that would help it get out?

Reposting something you made yourself is different. If you see something(a joke or funny image/gif) someone else made/created and post that, that's the kind of reposting I hate.

And using a meme template to make a new joke or point something out is different. You had to write something original usually. :{

Yep! Me too. Everyone here does that with the meme templates. And that's totally cool when they make up something creative. Original text to be clear. lol :{

Thanks man. The skeptical meme was sort of a tangent. Maybe Not Another Repost could be made with Not Another Teen Movie pics? Rollin' it around a bit. But have like stereotyped meme reposts that are often used but vague enough to apply to certain types of that meme. I don't know. An interesting thought. :{

A troll face would be a cool touch,.. but the original idea is good. But you're talking toguy who started creating memes a year after I got on the site,.. lol. I used all generic templates,... maybe 6 or so. Ha,... its a wonder I got past the 20K mark!

Got to admit, I've been struggling the last few weeks.

Between some family issues and just same ol political bullshit, I haven't gotten any new material for awhile. And again, 90% of my memes are for Facebook friends and the like. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate joking with everyone on here but between the down time I have for myself, Facebook, gaming, imgflip, weekly shows, and sports all take a huge chunk of my time for me to just be on only imgflip. Why my jokes are usually by personal experience and don't relate to the kiddies on here. Ha!... Then I see some of my friends repeat the same jokes or tell the joke they heard that I've also heard to another friend, which is like a real life repost. But I think I'm going to see some old memes of mine, resubmit them if I feel like they deserve another shot.

I hear ya man, it can really be tough day after day. Most mornings I'm up at 4:30 and trying to keep my eyes and ears open for the humor out there. Having been sick the last couple weeks has made it more difficult but I still try. You do great stuff, so often I go to comment on it, and the meme has already said anything I could, so I upvote it and feel a little guilty for missing a chance to comment, but that really is the truth. We'll take what we can from ya buddy when you are able! :)

Same here. If they had a setting where it showed you who voted for your memes, if they choose to, I'd be all up for it.
