It's not about what he did, though. The details are a bit inconsistent, but the issue could still hurt him. If it drags him down, good. If it doesn't, then that's a problem because a KKK endorsement should drag down support for anyone, regardless of what they actually think.

I don't think we need to take spurious endorsements seriously, including the KKK thing. Candidates don't always appreciate endorsements, nor ask for them.
I dont mean to pile on either but what we just witnessed here with your first comment, the reply to that comment and your subsequent backpedaling comment is exactly why Trump's support continues to grow.
