That’s the thing. A large chunk of what is now Israel is NOT internationally recognized. The entire West Bank is being illegally annexed. Do you think the smoldering remains of the Gaza Strip are going to be internationally recognized as part of Israel when they seize it? How about Lebanon? Was Poland and France internationally recognized as part of Germany when the Nazis took over?
