Also, how far is the extent about posting suicide things? Would it be anything related to suicide? Is dark humor about suicide okay? And why do I rarely see other moderators enforce that rule? Or should the moderators just use their best judegment?

Jokes about everything are fine, it's up to the active moderator to decide what's too much.

Suicide announcements, which express the intent of killing oneself, are always disapproved. They're triggering for many reasons.

Use common sense, remember to cite a rule while disapproving or deleting, and ask about it if you're not sure.
