What's wrong with furries?

Furries are just people who love animals (some a little too much) but are too impatient to wait for halloween.

We just love anthropomorphic animals and most of us don't have fursuits

I mean that's fine, it's just the fursuit part that confuses me.

Like, ur telling me that during an important test I gotta worry about getting distracted by this kid wearing a giant colorful animal costume just because they can't wait a few more months until Halloween???

Even still, are fur-cons really that necessary, like, yall really wanna go through all the effort of finding a place to host it, potentially purchasing that space of land, announcing it and getting enough people to come, just so people can walk around in animal costumes surrounded by other people wearing animal costumes? like I know people wanna be around others like them, but if that's the case than just host a Halloween party or some shit.

All these things could still exist on paper

But these things won't become mainstream and won't become popular or well recognized.

And the people who spawn them on those cursed sheets of paper will live alone with their strangeness.

I dunno, sounds boring. Video games and Lego would still exist, but the games would be single player or splitscreen.

Besides, you can always go outside and hang out with friends.
