"The left hate Trump so much they laugh when children die."
Correction: one dude on social media says he doesn't care in an emotional outburst, even if he admits that he "absolutely hates" that kids have been lost. And if you pressed him, you'd probably find he does actually care and retract some of his statements. But who knows?
In any case...
I CARE about innocent people dying. I CARE about all the innocent people who died in those floods. And I find it just as heartbreaking as the next thinking and feeling person. And I don't care if the people who died believed in Climate Change or not. It's irrelevant. Innocent people died. And I care about that. And It makes me sad.
And yes, I'm a "leftist". Although I'm not a Democrat (one, because I don't approve of them, but two because I'm not eligible to vote in your elections anyway lol).
Please stop tarring everyone with the same brush or making sweeping generalizations.
Just because one guy on TikTok or wherever says something, doesn't mean ALL people of a certain political persuasion think the same way.
That's lazy.
He's one guy on the internet. He doesn't represent all "leftists" (whatever tf that even means).
I see people die and I care and it breaks my heart. I'm a human. I don't even give a shit if all the kids were neo-Nazis or something. I'd still feel sad because they're humans. Families are grieving and going through hell and I care about that.
Please stop with the generalizations. It's not helping anyone. Honestly. We're all humans at the end of the day and we only have one planet and the nearest other one is thousands of years away. Let's try and live on it together. Because if we blow it up, we have nowhere else to go right now.
And we may disagree vehemently on a lot of stuff, but we're not all "evil". Most of us want exactly the same things at the end of the day.
