Now imagine that someone comes up to you and outta nowhere says "I don't care THAT PERSON RIGHT OVER THERE!!! is wearing black shoes. I don't care." or "I am not going to acknowledge that they're wearing black shoes!!!!"

Does it seem like they don't care? They keep pointing out when someone is wearing black shoes, and has to remark on how much they don't care.
