Go into any evangelical church or Christian event this Sunday across the nation and you can probably find plenty of Christian preachers saying the same kind of thing. That's how proselytizing religions work.
"At the name of Jesus, every knee should bow... " and all that.
Even Trump claims to want to "bring religion back" to the US. Presumably, some form of Christianity. Not sure when he was last seen regularly in church though, or when he last picked up a Bible or said his prayers before bed, or prayed for divine guidance before making important political decisions... Maybe he does. You'd have to ask him.

Not quite sure how that fits with his claim to want to promote religious liberty, though. (He earlier threatened to ban Muslims.)

Nothing in that clip above is particularly original, surprising or inflammatory, and there's certainly no mention of "terror". There's no wider context to this video or whatever else he said. He could well have said other more controversial stuff, but based on that clip alone, he's not calling for forced conversion or an Islamic caliphate to be imposed on the US. He's just expressing his desire for everyone to convert to Islam and see the truth as he sees it, which is hardly unusual – it's exactly what tons of other devout believers of other proselytizing religions desire for their respective faiths.
He's shouting a few things in Arabic, but nothing he said is inflammatory or scary. It's just the standard declaration of faith ("There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah") and after mentioning the name of the Prophet Muhammad they all repeat the standard sentence which is similar to "Peace be upon him!" which Muslims say as a sign of respect every time they utter the Prophet's name.

Plenty of Christian preachers also shout loudly and passionately on stage saying things like, "Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is Lord!" Or "Can I get an 'Amen'?!" And the crowd shouts "Amen!" Nothing particularly scary about that.
A lot of Evangelicals want the world to declare Jesus is Lord and would love to see Christianity enter "every home". A lot of Muslims similarly want every home to accept Islam is the true religion. A lot of atheists want religion to disappear entirely from every home.
