Even the fanatically leftist loyal MSM backed off on accusing Elon of generating a NAZI salute after their lawyers pointed out to them that Elon could take them to court for defamation and that if he did so he WOULD win . . . billions.

There is no threatening in a court of law.  It's all about facts, evidence, and proving your case.  They KNOW that based on available evidence they will lose to Elon and lose to the tune of . . . billions.
