An airport and a harbor is gonna be important. Or you can start your infection in Greenland. Get it going early. Then you got plenty of ships all over the place transmitting the disease before it's even noticed.
Or you could just stick it to Greenland and advance virus progression so that they notice it early on and block travel, then spend points on transmission once everyone there is dead.
