You have been on my follow list for over a year so you obviously had conservative leanings as I don't follow liberals. Ma_Deuce (formerly Fat Elvis) was also a Democrat for years before he landed on the right side of life. :) Danzinger has always been a straight arrow conservative Republican as far as I know. However you get there, just glad you arrived as a FORMER Democrat.

When I was younger, back in my 20's and early 30's, I voted for mostly Democrats. But, I've never registered with either party. Perhaps that's a distinction that makes no difference.

In fairness to vBackman, I passed the quiz as a conservative, even though I don't self-identify as one. How anybody with an ounce of common sense wouldn't pass that test, makes me scratch my head. Also it tells me that people like Kommie-la and Tampon Tim have zero common sense.

I'm more of a Libertarian than anything else, though of course I would never register as one. The problem with that party is that they're not really serious about politics. If they were, there might be 3 major political parties.

My political attitude is now best summed up by what the great Dan Bongino has said many times, which is that republicans may not be the answer to our problems, but democrats are the cause of them. Truer words have never been spoken, imo.

I really don't need to label you, Dan or Craig as any particular group other than you are good/smart/focused men who care about America. That is really the crux of the matter today as we deal with a confused enemy who hates America, preferring to destroy her and reward illegal invaders & foreigners over our own citizens.

Given our current state of politics, I certainly believe our only hope at this time is Trump. I would say republicans, but so many of them are RINOs and swamp dwellers, right in there with the dems. If dems stay in power, the downhill slide they've put our country into will only intensify. Trump can stop that. We know he can, because he did it before.

What the dems truly FEAR was only intensified by the VP debate. Yes, they fear not just 4 MORE years of Trump, but 8 years of Vance right after that. I dunno... that sounds pretty dayum good to me!

Back to libertarians. Penn Jillette is a well known libertarian, and I love some of what he has said. For example:

We are definitely politically in sync...I also was thinking what a great president Vance would make while watching the debate Tuesday.

I have always thought Libertarians are good people. I still think that way pretty much but I'm thrown off because of their swishy candidate. I am not into weak men & no way will I ever vote for an effeminate president.
