I’m in Georgia. I heard that we had some flooding, but my area wasn’t too bad. We were out of power for a few days, and there was a bunch of tree branches, but it thankfully wasn’t too bad.
I'm in Canada, there's no floods or anything here, just a bit of wind and rain and then that was it. For some parts of the province, there was no cloud cover and about 10km/h or less of wind!
I don't think they have a lot of choices, Philly. This is something most of us have never experienced (nor do we want to) and help has not been readily available. We have all had bad experiences in our lives but this one ranks well up there on the MOST HORRIBLE list...
I prefaced it with "I don't think they have a lot of choices, Philly. This is something most of us have never experienced (nor do we want to) and help has not been readily available."
I am in Illinois, but I'm in a marching band. Our directors made the decision to not go to a competition in Kentucky due to the hurricane. I'm glad that the directors made the decision they did, this is horrible. I hope everyone effected by the hurricane is ok.
