Nope, they can't. When that happened to me, the owner, at the time, told me it was another mod in the stream and they agreed it was excessive (the first comment I was banned)... but couldn't do anything about it... LOL
😆 Being banned from the Pee2 is a right of passage that proves your sanity. Long gone are the days of open and reasoned debate with the left in any forum they control. The left decided during Covid that “we can no longer agree to disagree” and publicly and openly stated it. They now support speech suppression and violence against non believers. Just like their Marxist heroes.
