I know you're kidding :) but you might be interested in a couple of details...
1.The elderly lady was 89 years old and, of course, in no way deserved this assault. She was suffering from dementia but actually remembered what happened and gave the details to her daughter when asked if anything had happened to her.
2.Another piece of info is that the lady who filmed it wanted to step in & stop the whole encounter but feared if she didn't get it on tape, it would just be a 'she said, she said' situation and there would be no punishment for the employee. It certainly was a very graphic tape of elderly abuse and did result in the eventual punishment of the employee.
