AMAZING story of this brave clerk who actually is FEMALE...

The Daily News reports that Ms. Kabore has been “cursed, spit at, threatened, punched and choked. The $17-an-hour assistant manager had her wig pulled off — and routinely wrestles dollar-store desperadoes who may well have picked the store shelves clean by now if it weren’t for her determination to stop them.” The police usually arrive late, after the thieves have already made off with the goods, she lamented.
“I called them nine times that day. About nine different people,” Kabore told the Daily News. “It took 15 to 20 minutes [for police to show up].” Kabore was the victim of three other violent assaults that day.

That truly is amazing vBackman! I don't know that many of us, if we'd been in her place, would have had the conviction nor the courage to stand up to those criminals the way she did. I'm sure we'd like to think we would, but irl, who knows?

True, hard to predict having not been in the situation. I can only speak for myself but I would definitely have stepped in...it is not in my nature to not want to do the right thing.

Sooooooo disgusted with dissatisfied citizens who feel society 'owes them a living' to the point that they STEAL from stores. When I read the background of the clerk who stepped in, I just wished we all felt as she did and worked hard instead of complaining ad nauseam (as in ungrateful home-grown Americans). She is a good role model for us all and exemplifies the American dream.

Well stated. And she's only an employee of the business, yet she still not only did the right thing, but did so in the face of some pretty serious violence directed at her. Imagine what she'd do if some low life tried to steal from her home? That would be one criminal who wished they'd stayed home and cashed their govt check instead!

I was highly impressed to read the brave clerk's background and comments which I will include below. We need more good people like Miss Kabore and fewer radicals (many home-grown in the U.S.). WHY do Progressive Democrats support CRIME and CRIMINALS? Isn't it as obvious to you as it is to me that there is an agenda?

Miss Kabore moved to New York City from Burkina Faso in 2019. She said you can identify a thief in Burkina Faso because “shop owners usually cut the finger off when they catch them.”
“When I see theft, I feel so bad. That stuff is not my stuff, yes, but I’m working here and I’m working here to go to school. If this stuff is not here, I’m not gonna get a job. If they close the store, I’m jobless. How am I going to pay my school?” In the most recent attack, Miss Kabore suffered minor injuries. She was treated and the following day she was back at work.

She knows right from wrong (unlike many home-grown 'victims' born and raised in America). I am referring to all the unmitigated crime going on now and how many Democrats want police defunded and are soft on crime. This video is extremely telling, of a woman who was not born here but to me appears to be more of an American than some ungrateful whiners who take a knee when hearing our National Anthem and do nothing but complain. I wonder if you SJWs out there even see the difference between this young woman and you?
